Information on Cancellation Options
We appreciate how the current situation involving worldwide travel has caused huge disruption in your processes and creating a strain on your resources. Therefore, we wanted to give you easy access to up-to-date information on how to manage disrupted flights for each airline. We will endeavour to update this page as soon as new information comes in.

The amount will be available in full for one year, counting from the date of purchase. 2. Rescheduling: If you prefer, you will be able to reschedule your flight to any other date, as long as it is within 330 days of the date of purchase. There will be no rescheduling fee; however fare differences, if any, will apply. 3. Cancelations and refunds: If you choose to cancel your trip and request a refund, the cancellation fee will not be charged.
