A fascinating country with centuries of interesting history, Lebanon is the focus of today’s snapshot feature. With capital city Beirut known as “Paris of the Middle East” to many because of its stunning architecture, there has been an enormous focus on rebuilding the city and it’s easy to see why tourism has been on the rise in Lebanon in recent years.

I would love to take a trip to Lebanon and explore the beautiful beaches and sample the flavourful Lebanese cuisine!
