I find today’s snapshot to be so fascinating. Taken in the Western African nation of Mali, this shot of the Timbuktu Mud Mosque is such an interesting capture of so many different elements of Mali and its culture. According to the caption on the photo, these mules were refusing to move any further after pulling such a heavy load. Though Mali is one of the poorest nations in the world, it is full of gorgeous landscape and a tenacious people who work extremely hard.
