Do you travel often?  Are you a relative newcomer to the friendly skies? Either way, Andrew Hickey’s top 10 list of airplane etiquette will be useful to all types of travellers from the seasoned to the novices.  I especially loved tips number three and seven.  I cannot stand those seat grabbers and armrest-lers at all and it seems like there’s at least one or the other on every single flight I’ve taken in the past decade. What about you?  What’s your flying pet peeve?

The World’s Most Impressive Airport LoungesDepartureSpa

For those of us lucky enough to fly in first or business class, or those with Elite status on legacy airlines, the airport lounge can be a veritable oasis in the sea of airport chaos that seems to get crazier and crazier by the day.  In airport lounges throughout the world, you can escape behind exclusive doors and enjoy the calm, free food and drinks and helpful staff that seem to be ubiquitous in lounges.  However, for the very fortunate, some airlines have really gone over the top in the design or services offered in their lounges. Check out DepartureSpa’s list of the best lounges in the world and start daydreaming now!  A dip in a jacuzzi and massage on my way out of Doha, Qatar?  Yes please!

For a look outside of the airport and airplanes, why not try a destination off the beaten path in the Czech Republic?  Though it’s the second-largest city in the country, Brno gets way less press than Prague.  Read Guardian writer Tim Bryan’s account of his recent trip to Brno and see why this city is worth your attention.

To the people that want to travel to Spain and especially Andalucía I give you a good tip. There is a great hostel where you can crash! In the White Nest Hostel in Granada, recently opened, you can find a young international group of like minded people, in fresh vibrant surroundings. You will have a great time to remember your entire life…..Based at the foot of the Alambra, the area is both central and historical. I recommend you to stay in Hostels Granada and experience the life of Albayzin, Sacromonte and the heart of Granada itself.

Travel tips just for the flight are important. The flight can be pretty difficult. When I went to Europe I was in airplanes for about 2 days and nights, and only managed 3 hours of sleep in total however, I watched lots of movies.
