Our weekend snapshot series takes us to the Middle East today with a closer look at Petra, Jordan. I admit that my first glimpse of this magical place was the famous “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” film. However, I also admit that when I saw the film, I just assumed it was another Hollywood set. When I discovered that a place so unbelievable really exists, it went straight to the top of my “must-see” list. Sadly I still haven’t made it to Jordan but I do look at photos from this spot often to remind myself of my dream to visit!
