Off the Beaten Track in Amsterdam – on Nomadic Matt’s Travel Site
When travelling to Amsterdam, there are plenty of “stereotypical” things to do including the famous coffee shops, the red light district, Anne Frank House and the popular Van Gogh museum. Nomadic Matt, a big fan of the city, takes you a bit further and highlights some of the less famous but potentially more interesting sites to see on a visit to Amsterdam. I’ve been there a few times but have yet to see some of these sites – the Houseboat Museum and the Jewish History Museum both look particularly interesting.

Are you brave enough to take on some of these wild trips?
